Born and raised in the Finger Lakes, Mary Beth Larsen began sewing at the age of four! She has since mastered several forms of fabric art. She was accepted for the prestigious Arts=Quilts=Arts international Quilt Exhibition at the Schweinfurth Memorial Art Center, Auburn, NY, twice. A teacher of several different classes in design and fabrication, she taught at the 2004 Alfred University Quilt Symposium. Nationally known quilting teacher and book author, Joan Shay, devoted a full page to Mary Beth's "A Place for Eleanor", the winner for People’s Choice Award at the Rochester, NY quilt show. Always active, Mary Beth has twice chaired the regional "Lake To Lake" quilt show in Rushville, NY.
