Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, undamaged returns will be accepted within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. If an item is damaged during shipping, you must contact the delivery agent (usually UPS). Handwork will assist you in making your claim, as necessary. Please note: a 20% restocking fee will be charged for all returned items of Graziano Glass.

When you order, we collect the information needed to fulfill your order such as billing and shipping information, and your email address. This allows us to fill your order and send updates via email. A telephone number is also collected, which may be used by the delivery agent if problems arise during delivery, or by Handwork to contact you regarding an order question. Handwork does not sell, rent or trade your name, address, email address, telephone number, credit card information, or personal information to any third parties. Handwork does not use your personal information for solicitation purposes. All personal information is deleted from our system 30 days after your purchase. We invite you to sign up for our mailing list, but your name is not added automatically when you order.
