I usually have an assortment of cats keeping my lap warm. I work primarily in gouache and ink. I’m inspired by folk art from around the world and throughout history. I especially love to find the charm in mundane aspects of everyday life. Since moving into our “painted lady” house, I’ve been fascinated by Victorian-era wallpapers."
