Pastel Cross Stitch Carrier Basket

This hand woven carrier basket is cross stitched with space dyed reed. It features beautiful pastel colors in pinks, blues, and purples. It is initialed and dated on the bottom by the artist.

Susan Reed has been weaving baskets since 1983. She has tried different types of weaving materials such as brown ash, sweet grass, honeysuckle, etc., but she has always liked the reed material the best. Maybe because of her last name!

-Measures 11" x 8.5" at opening, 6.5" deep. 12" tall with handle.

-It has a tung oil finish making it easy to keep clean. With care, it should last a long time.
