Large Cream and Blue Dotted Mug

Handmade mug by Renata Wadsworth. This large mug has an hourglass shape and is glazed in a cream color. It is further accented by orange and blue polka dots.

Renata's pottery training included influences from folk, Chinese and Japanese traditions. These potentially opposing methods of working have helped her strike a balance between technical precision and creative intuition. She uses simple lines and gentle asymmetry to create elegant pots that invite a little fresh humor.
