Handmade studs by Laurel O'Brien. These earrings feature small silver leaf pendants that were hand cut, formed, and shaped. They are textured to resemble the veins of a natural leaf. Beautiful yet simple studs that can be worn for any occasion.

About the Artist:

Laurel is a professional jeweler and metal-smith. She grew up in the Finger Lakes area and returned to live in Ithaca after graduating with a BFA in Fine Art from SUNY New Paltz. Drawing, sculpture and other art mediums have always interested her and she likes to incorporate these in jewelry when she can. You can see this in her hand drawn and sawn out designs. She also use surface textures and hand forming to create sculptural elements in many pieces.
