All returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days of arrival, and be returned in their original packaging. Handwork is NOT responsible for return shipping fees. We will do our best to communicate steps to take on a case by case basis.

- Handwork is located at 102 West State Street, in downtown Ithaca across from the State Theatre. We are open 7 days a week - Monday to Saturday 10-6 and Sunday 11 to 5.

- Parking is available on-street (metered) and at parking garages on Green street, Seneca street, and south Cayuga street. Metered parking is free after 6:00 pm during weekdays, as well as on weekends and holidays.
