Online Orders

If you are unsatisfied with your item, or receive something damaged, please call or e-mail us immediately. All returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days of arrival,  and be returned in their original packaging.

Handwork is NOT responsible for return shipping fees.

We will do our best to communicate steps to take on a case-by-case basis. Please be aware that handcrafted items may have slight variations and unique characteristics. If you are unsure about a listing, feel free to email us for more information. 

 

In Store Purchases 

We gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase. During this time, items may be exchanged, returned for store credit, or refunded to the original form of payment, depending on proof of purchase.

Purchases made in December may be returned through January 31.

With a sales receipt, customers are eligible for an exchange, store credit, or a refund. With a gift receipt, items may be exchanged or returned for store credit. Without a receipt, eligible items may be exchanged or returned for store credit at the current standard price; refunds are not available. Certain exclusions may apply.
