This found object sculptural piece is made with stones and fossils - one dated at 300 million years old! This piece contains Bivalve clam fossils, Rugosa horn coral fossils, crinoid fossils (sea lillies), Tabulate coral fossils and kyanite crystal.

About the Artist:

Mark's works are Objet Trouvé Assemblages. This is defined as "natural objects not originally intended as art, found and considered to have aesthetic value". In order words, Mark collects stones and occasionally bones, shells and wood to create his natural earth born art.
